The Doctor cares about her patients, she treats you as a unique case and not as the average one. Look at all the options that may be best for your case. Likewise, the girl at the reception was charming and very sweet. EXCELLENT human treatment

They are always late (they don't tell you that you still have to wait 1 hour) and the reception is regular, they never answer the phone (by email if they answer). The doctors are all great. I recommend the specialists, the organization is a disaster.

The only complaint I have is that it is impossible to contact the center. They never answer the phone. I have no complaints about the doctors, treatment and professionalism.

Good doctor, terrible attention at reception. The doctor sent me an analysis and told me to go to another laboratory to do it. In that other laboratory, they tell me that they DO NOT work with my mutual insurance company. I go back to CPEN to ask and the receptionist, rudely, tells me that "the doctor doesn't know which insurance companies the laboratories work with", that she knows that. The same receptionist gives me the details of another laboratory that, according to her (who knows everything), does work with my insurance company. When I go to said laboratory they can't help me either, because they don't actually work with my insurance company. My companion and I have been surprised by the arrogance, hardly justified for them giving me incorrect instructions twice (not to mention the waste of time). I hope the woman was just having a bad day, because otherwise I don't understand how someone who works in front of the public doesn't know how to deal with clients.
